Its very simple...Mount it on the camera, making sure it locks, then turn the lens anti clockwise with quite some force until it loosens and can be unscrewed from the adapter. The adapter will be left on the camera at this point but it can be easily removed by pressing the lens release button and turning the adapter anti clockwise till it releases, then turn the camera over letting the adapter drop into your hand
