500mm + 1.4 does the Moon downunder

I also posted this on the 60D forum. Here is my best effort yet of the Moon. Taken just after sunset at Avalon Beach in Sydney. The Moon was about 40 degrees above the horizon so easy to photograph. Good conditions as the Moon was bright and the sky was dark.

f/6.3, 1/250, ISO 100, -.7 EC. Live view, cable release. Photoshop B&W to give the best detail. This is the original size but cropped.

In Australia we see the Moon upside down and back to front. You can see it this way in the USA if you stand on your head and look at the Moon.
