The texture of the yellowish "whatever" reminds me of styrofoam. But the color and the "bubbles" (?) don't fit.

I took this image some time ago. It is the foam/head from a bottle of Wychwood Hobgoblin. As I recall I had to drink a couple to get the perfect shot. Wonderful evening...

Yessiree! It was on a street rod (T-bucket); I didn't note the size or brand. I was testing out my Nikon 16-85 VR's suitability as an all-purpose car show lens. I think it will serve the purpose.That is a tire... Maybe a P235-75R-15 ?
In any event a tire...!
I typically cover car shows with at least 3 lenses (12-24, 90 macro and, usually, the 18-70). Now I think I can do it with one when need be.
I used to carry even more, heavier gear until I learned that you don't need fast glass to shoot cars.

This image contains way more information than needed. Are crops allowed?
If so, then mission accomplished with the last image. Just a hint of color is all that is needed to distinguish this attractive subject.
