If shooting at f/22, is a fast 1.8 lens still considered fast?

Re: f16

Much depends on the scales which get changed dramatically with each mm from several sides of the matter. Another thing was I simply liked the focus proportion and the very slight crispness edge beside the oof area. This all changes again, case to case, one type of a flower to another. I am not a fan of smooth cream fog (bokeh) in each instance n level of oof blur is something I individually consider with each image – nature especially.
