It's hard to judge the corner quality from such small samples. Also, the definition of 'good' or 'acceptable' will be different, depending on the viewer. And, of course, there's also the 'sample variation' issue to compute - there seem to exist some really awful samples of this lens, while others may be a lot better.

It's true your images look good, but I never doubted this lens is able to produce good images, with good contrast and colours. My main issue is corner sharpness, as I never saw images taken with this lens that show really good corners. Unfortunately, because I want a good landscape lens and I'm restraining myself from buying a Zeiss 21 because, although it's a fantastic lens, its price is nearly prohibitive to me.
