I've been using Port Pro for several months, usually when I need a quick fix for problem skin. If it's just one or two zits the Photoshop Patch tool is quicker and more natural looking.

It's easy to overdo PP, especially the sculpt and eye enhancements. I keep these turned off. As others said, I use it on a layer so I can adjust the final result with opacity and masking. Also, I fix major problems with Clone or Patch before I do PP so I don't have to lay it on so thick.
