Paper recommendation needed

I've been taking some stop action shots of various things and some of them are pretty good (in my opinion of course). I'd like to print some of them for the maximum impact. I'm trying to capture the sharpness of the liquid droplets in mid air on paper. I have an Epson 3880. I tried Red River Arctic Polar Gloss because I thought a glossy look similar to on-screen would work well. However, the prints look good but not great. They seem too shiny and without as much depth as I was looking for in the paper. I want a look that makes people want to touch the print. I'm looking for that wow in the print that I get from the image on screen.

I'd like some suggestions for the type of paper that would show off these images the best.

For reference, here are a couple of images that I want to print.

Thanks,
Andrew
