Yosemite trip lens question

I am planning a week trip to Yosemite early June. I will be taking my 5D Mark II, a Canon 1.4 extender, a D500 close-up filter, various cp, nd, etc. filters. I also bought some rubber hoods to save space from the real ones. The question is that my backpack will only hold 3 lenses. Which 3 should I bring from the following choices? 16-35 f2.8 L II, 24-105 f4 L, 70-200 f4 IS L and a 100-400 L. I hope to get great landscape and wildlife photos if possible. Also, should I bother to bring a flash. A couple other questions are what are some must shoot spots and is Mono Lake worth a stop? Thanks in advance.
