You didn't answer the question but that's OK. I wouldn't use a notebook or an iPad for "serious"photo editing when I can use my laptop.

Well. That's simple. Using a notebook of any kind for photography purposes you can use serious applications that a photographer needs. You can also calibrate your monitor or use an Adobe Lightroom and tethering which you can't using an iToy. This is why an iToy isn't usefull for the serious photography. Even my previous notebook isn't but it has several times faster procesor and much more memory. For now iToy is just a smartphone with a bigger screen which is very usefull for reading news, watching movies and similar.
