That panasonic lens is 2x heavier than Oly and weighs a lot more than the camera itself, I don't beleive it's a good fit for m43 cameras. The lens is meant to be for daylight use, IS shouldn't be an issue if you keep shutter speed above 300.

The 45-200mm is every bit as sharp and "contrasty" as the Oly lens @ 150mm. It just has the added benefit of going all the way to 200mm with IS. That is worth a lot in my book. Maybe not $140 though.
