Panny 20 vs 14 or Oly 17 for video?

I have ordered the E-PL2 as an alternative to my DSLR rig. I want to be able to carry it in my jacket pocket for skiing and other sports. Since this may be hard to do with the kit lens I have been looking at pancakes. I like the 20 mm range and the 1.7 aperture of the Panasonic, however it is reported to have a loud autofocus particularly when shooting video. Since I will be shooting video, I was wondering if anyone had experience using this lens for video and whether the focus noise was loud enough to be distracting?

If so, it appears the Oly 17 has lower IQ than the Panny 14 by reviews. Any thoughts on which of those would be a better video alternative?
