The only way to really earn a living through photography is to have people paying to be in front of your lens. Most of your 7 portraits seemed to be snapshots you may have taken at parties, a bit different than being hired for a session.
You note you specialize in christenings and weddings yet you don't show any on your site. Have you ever done either of those? If not, how can you specialize in something you have no experience doing?
Lastly making money through photography is far more business aspects than ability to use a camera a process images.
