The Olympus E-5 would have won...

http://www.thephoblographer.com/2011/02/10/review-olympus-e-5-pentax-k5-canon-7d-nikon-d300s-comparison/

"Battle of the Flagships: Olympus E-5, Pentax K5, Canon 7D, Nikon D300s: Which is Better?"

"The Olympus E-5 would have won this if it had a greater dynamic range and the high ISO performance wasn’t so terrible."

So, in a nutshell, an advice for Olympus: ditch Panasonic sensor, get a APS-C sensor from Canon or Sony (never mind it won't be fully used - it'd still deliver 10-12MP).
Olympus with F2 zoom would be the low light king.

Should be feasible - so, the only question is - what's stopping them? They have
all the ingredients of a great system (lenses, body, AF) except the sensor.
