60D and PNY 32GB Pro Class 10 Chokes on Video

Just received my second copy of this card from Newegg.com and it does the same thing as the first - chokes on video from my 60D (video buffers then stops recording). I am wondering... I am testing it in a fairly dark environment. This forces the ISO to be high - at 3200. Would there be a higher data rate for video in dark environments? Could this exceed the 20mb/s rate of this class 10 card? I know that still photos shot at higher ISO have larger files sizes. Any ideas? Should a class ten such as this work no matter what on a 60D?

I have class 4's from the same manufacturer that handle video just fine, but this supposedly significantly faster card chokes on it.

The one on the left is class 4 and has not buffered once, the one on the right is the new on and I've had 2 copies now that perform the same. Crap!

in file size.
