No APS-C EXR processor.

In an earlier interview posted on dpreview it was already said that Fuji would not make a large EXR sensor. The most current APS-C sensors have amazingly low shadow noise. This makes it easily possible to do software DR400 without introducing objectionable noise levels. A small sensor on the other hand is horribly noisy and needs to be an exr sensor to capture the same dynamic range without drowning the darker parts in noise.

It says "EXR Processor" on the top, but it doesn't appear as if it has an EXR sensor.
Does anyone know what this means?
