Re: 60D focus operation - something unique? - question for XD / XXD owners

If there is an increase in focus accuracy and/or a rollout with less focus issues than the 7D then its most certainly just higher quality control....I was fooling with ya there is no magic...most of the people who had trouble with the 7D ( which are probably more demanding shooters ) got their issue rectified. The data seems to suggest a quality control issue with 7D release. Lets not forget the 7D is much more robust and has many more AF settings, inherently dumbing down the AF should yield better results "out of the box". Id be more impressed by 50D converts that had lenses requiring MFA no longer needing it on the 60D. Maybe it would cannibalize 7D sales but I cant image this phantom feature/improvement not being marketing worthy for the 60D yet not a peep about it.

Now I have yet to set a review whereby someone with a variety of lenses requiring MFA on other bodies have tried them on the 60D and got even sharper results ( meaning the 60D was sharper than the other body tuned out with MFA ). If that turns out to be the case, ill definitely be rooting because a 60D is on my radar already!
