D7000 horizontal lines in high ISO

I have recently bought a Nikon D7000 and I have a problem with horizontal lines at higher ISO settings. They appear mainly at the top right of the image. I have included some samples to show the defect. I went to the official Nikon service center in Greece which took a few photo samples and after 2 weeks decided that this happens with all cameras of all brands and is therefore is normal. They say it can be the result of a warm sensor (i get the problem even taking a picture after 24 hours of inactivity in a cold room), active d-lighting (i have that off anyway) etc.

I compared it with high iso d7k pictures i have found in various reviewing websites and i have not noticed a similar effect.

Personally i think it is outrageous and i am trying to fight it out with them but i would like to hear your opinions about this issue. Please comment if you have or know about similar issues.
