Thanks. I actually took that one in the snow on the first day of the blizzard here on Long Island. The wind was howling at about 50mph, and snow was flowing like river rapids. But my shutter speed was too fast, so everything came out foggy and frozen. It wasn't what I wanted, so I used post processing to change the color scheme and isolate the tree in red with some film grain. I burned some parts out and left some of the background in to create an otherworldly effect.

Its amazing what you can do in post processing to not only rescue images but turn losers into winners that are completely different.
