60D Pricing and Lenses
I am looking to upgrade me Rebel XT with the 60D and am considering a few different options. Until Jan 8th B&H is running a special where you get $250 off a 60D & 70-300 IS combo which seems like a great deal. The problem is I would be selling my Rebel XT with its kit lens so I would not have a wide angle which I use most of the time especially indoors. So after much research it seems the 15-85 is a great option with the 70-300 IS, I also have the 50mm 1.8 which I will keep.
Now comes the issue. I had planned on purchasing the 60D and 15-85 now and the zoom later but I think this package deal is too good to pass up. An option would be to buy the zoom kit and the 18-55 IS lens for minimal amount and hold off for later for the 15-85? What do u guys think? The 18-55 be acceptable for this camera for video and low light inside use?
