Eh. If you have slightly over $2k to spend, Get the A55 body, with the Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 and the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8. That's my suggestion.

The Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 is a ridiculously sharp lens, yet falters occasionally in focusing speed, and is noiser than its cousin (But also $250 cheaper) the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM. Reviews have claimed that it is sharper than the Sigma, though I don't own both to be able to tell you if it is the case. Sigma lenses though usually are slightly sharper in the center while being up to 30% softer along the edges or even just as you move away from the center.
