24mm, 28mm, 30mm or 35mm for cheap street photography?

It is interesting to compare the reviews on the Kurtmunger site of the 20mm f2.8 and the 24mm f2.8. Both lenses are nice and sharp in the centre, though the 24mm has teh edge as far as I can judge. There is a significant difference at the corners, though, with the 20mm lens not really getting sharp until between f8 and f11. The 24mm lens does this at about f5.6.

So the balance therefore is between the degree of wide angle and field of view vs sharpness.

Personally, I chose the extra sharpness at wider aperture, but not everyone would choose that, I know. It is also rather more expensive, at least by eBay prices, and rarer which is probably why!
