Wallpaper on Two Monitors

Answered my own question

Googling around the web, I found something on using windows photo gallery. It is an option in the screen saver I'd never noticed before. It only allows use of the primary monitor apparently, but that is good enough for me. Some useless quirky options, but the basic fade and the zoom/pan are just what I was looking for.
