Recommend Arca-style QR plate for 550D/T2i?

I have this one. There's no twisting or digging into the body. I also do not understand why you would need a secondary tripod hole. You either use a tripod with an arca/swiss type head or you don't. I even have a monopod with a fairly inexpensive twist/swivel head and an arca/swiss connector.
I agree that it's not a big deal to not have the hole. It's just a minor convenience in case I want to mount the camera on something like a tabletop pod for a quick-and-dirty shot or two without having to search around for an allen wrench. Anyway thanks for confirming that the RRS plate works well. I'm leaning towards either that one or the Acratech. Also I still have the RRS plate from my old D30 around somewhere so I'll have to try that one out.
