f/1.8 on m4/3, ASP-C, FF; are they the same?

Thank you. As we have said the technology of the sensor matters. It is possible to make an m43 sensor that works as well as a FF sensor...and also possible to have a FF sensor be vastly netter than an m43 sensor. It all depends on the tech behind the sensors which is never the same.
