Well - the s95 is definitely going to have better image quality. The question of "how much better" is definitely a matter of personal opinion - at base iso there's often not a huge difference between a dslr and a good compact like an s95, so I'm not saying the difference is huge, but the s95 will be better...though it could be just slightly.

As other people have said, the s95 is definitely going to be better in low light as well, both because of the sensor and because the lens is better for low light. Obviously, it won't have nearly the zoom range.
