New 24-120, D300 and the US Marines
Had a chance to shoot an noncombatant rescue the other day. While most of my shots were with the D3 and the 200-400 I wanted to get a couple of shtos with the 24-120. I mounted it on my D300 and shot a few frames and various focal lengths. The problem is that the helocopters kicked up so much dust and debris and the lighting was a bit tough. I was pleased with how the lens worked and liked the range. I do alot of air to air photography and the range will be very useful.
