Phillies-Giants NLCS w/D700, ISO 5000

We had some pretty good seats for the game last night (10/23/10). I used my D700 with my "old reliable" 70-200VRI + 1.4TC, manual exposure 1/800 @ f/4.5, ISO 5000, lossless compression - no noise reduction. I am constantly amazed by the high ISO performance of the D700. Citizens Bank Park in Philly is really fan friendly when it comes to cameras - I only ever use the 70-200VR but I saw one guy with a D3, 70-200VR and a carrying case for what looked like a 200-400VR, although I didn't actually see him shooting with it.

It was a great game, but our Phils lost.
