A company wants unlimited rights for my photos, for what price?

I'm a professional photographer living and working in Easter Europe. One of the genres I do is architectural photograhy. A renowned company from the radiators and ventilation industry located in Germany asked me to give them a quote for my two series of architectural photos in which their radiators appear. These are professional architectural photos, they want them with exclusive rights for advertising and editorial purposes, all fields of usage basically.

The problem is that I haven't had such a transaction yet and I don't know Western European prices for such a deal, I don't want to over- or underbid grossly. Can anybody help? I should give a quote for every photo separately, not for the whole collections.

Regards

Tom
