That depends on how you define easy and what you are allowed to do. If you are allowed to remove the film back and adapt the back to each camera individually - then it would be doable. But ... it will cost much more than a digital camera. And the result will look weird and clumsy. And the all digital camera will be easier to use and have way more functions.
