Gym Photoshoot Help Request
A friend asked me to help build up her portfolio, and had some specific locations that she wanted. One of them is a gym "action" shot, preferably on a stationary bike. My immediate thought was to have her peddling as it were, taking a shot facing the front of the bike, slightly off center, with light camera left. Maybe some shots straight on, with her looking up at the camera keeping the light camera left Maybe add a bounce camera right for some backlight (gold or silver bounce). I was hoping to get some examples or thoughts from everyone on good camera/light location for this type of a setup. Also, given it's a female shoot, should I avoid the "glistened" look and go more for pose/style?
Any help appreciated.
