Trade 10-22+24-105 for 15-85+135 F/2 makes sense?

I currently have a 10-22, 24-105 and 70-200 4 IS to cover the 10-200 range on a 7D. I don't find myself using the 10mm as much as I thought I would (to be frank, I haven't much of a chance either). I generally don't do open "wall hanging" landscapes - only casual pictures of places I visit (say Disneyland). Given this, I am thinking of trading my 10-22 & 24-105 for a 15-85 + 135 f/2 for wide open portraitute DOF. Is this a reasonable trade IQ wise? 24-105 is my general walk around lens on the 7D and I don't find the 24mm limiting except on rare occasions. 15-85 range works for me for focal range, however, I fear losing the L 'pop' on the 15-85. I also want to get the 135mm f/2 because it is one of the few primes that I can use wide open to get the DOF on a crop.
