XTI and lens Upgrading questions

I posted a question last week but have changed my mind since then. I have a XTI Rebel, the 50 1.8 and the Canon 18-200 with the 430 flash. As mentioned in a previous thread I'm going on a Bali trip with a whole bunch of friends and I'm looking at upgrading some of my equipment as I'll also be taking a course when I get back.
This is what I'm debating, please weigh in.

Sell the XTI

sell the 18-200, I've heard there are much better lenses out there and I seem to only use the 18-100 range the most anyways.

Buy a new T2i
buy a 15-85 or 17-85 which is way cheaper to use as my walk around
buy either the canon 85 1.8 or canon 100 f/2 for portraits and the wedding

buy a wider angle prime as well, maybe the Canon 24 or Sigma 30mm for nighttime with everyone around and the parties.

I'll be taking some lanscape shots and shooting people as I'm photographing the trip for everyone. Someone said to just keep the 18-200 and leave it on as it is a good all around lense for my skill level. But I think I'll have more fun shooting everyone if I snap on a prime or two and shoot the parties and wedding with a better lense.
Please help, any suggestions are welcome.
