Lenses Good for Both FF and APS-C?

And still listening and deciding....Continued thanks.

I shoot very rarely indoors and for that purpose the 35mm f2 might be a good cheap purchase...for now.

Apart from that I don't want to compromise a lot on lens quality and, when possible, speed. So all those variables...quality, speed, weight and size, cost, stabilization (needed when?), etc.

Again, everything is a trade-off. If not, this thread would be quite short, and the answers easy and obvious...which they're not.
