Shoot and burn- for portraits?

Just curious if anyone would consider shoot and burn for studio portraiture, with a fixed fee for a disc of images with minimal post processing, all the rights thrown in and to heck with the crappy prints produced by the clients at the local Kwik-e-Mart.

Of course one could still offer high quality lab prints/canvasses/acrylics after the event at normal mark-up prices for those unsatisfied with their own efforts. Any thoughts?
