Looks like they improved color accuracy, with no color cast in the Lx5 shot, and perhaps have a stronger noise filter (or weaker sharpening). But iso 1600 is pretty bad on the Lx3 anyway. I stick to iso 400 and below with mine, and try not to look too closely at the iso 400 files, especially if raw.

As for dynamic range, it will take some real testing to tell.

What can we conclude so far? No huge changes, but better color accuracy is nice, and I'd certainly trade my Lx3 for it so I could have the longer focal range.
