have a closer look at the LowePro Primus (Minimus) AW. I have it in use for my GH1 with 14-140mm and 20mm and I'm very happy with it. Very comfortable and some options to attach things outside the daypack (jacket, bottle 1.5 ltr, tripod). It's available in three sizes.

I bought it for a DSLR, but the quick side access was too small. But for a Pen with an EVF (and an L bracket) it's perfect. I didn't mention it earlier thinking the GH1 might need the next size. I like the Primus Minimus for it allows enough in the way of gear, but not too much (with two accessory pouches on the belt - water and gadget sacks). 1 body, 5-6 lenses, rect. filters, and all the rest I need for several hours off-road.
