BUT a new business doesn't open if they can't produce and sell the service/product. I've never seen a new pizza shop open and charge less because 'we're new and don't know what we're doing, have no confidence that our pizza is any good" etc.

The point here is: Get good enough to charge enough before you start charging anything.
