I was at a camera show this weekend, and saw several field cameras that were really, really nice, with the red leather, and brass fittings all shined up. One was a new or recent Wista, and there were some cameras from the Rochester camera companies (Rochester Optical, Sceneca, Kodak, etc.). At the same show, one vendor had a box full of Leica bodies, and they just didn't do anything for me (a gross of Leica's is the phrase that came to mind).
