24-70 CZ & A900: My corners are blurry, is this normal or do i send it in? HELP!

I just recently got the Zeiss 24-70 and A900 and I just noticed this on one of my images. I've looked at some of my other images and they have the same characteristics, not all but most. I need to document when its worse and what not to figure it out, but was wondering if anyone had any insight. I saw a post from Photonut, but after the 8 pages i'm left confused. I spoke to the 2nd level tech at SONY and he reviewed this image in question and wants to send it back to laredo TX for repair. He thinks its an issue, but wasn't certain. I dont want to be without it and again dont want it screwed up.

This was at 24mm and im guessing its at the edge of its capabilities? Its all blurred.
This is a 100% crop

Any Imput?

Here is a link to the 100& cropped corner to see the detail.

Here is the 20+ meg original:

As you can see the 3 corners with detail all have the blur. Its not a DOF issue because its fine in the center of the image between the 2 blurred corners on the same focal plane.
