Epson paper profiles for 3880

As a new owner and user of the 3880, and a neophyte digital printer, I have generally been quite happy with the results from their (Ultra) Premium Photo Paper - Lustre, but would also like to try the
UltraSmooth Fine Art
Textured Fine Art
Enhanced Matte
PremierArt Water Resistant Canvas for Epson
Piezo Pro Matte Canvas for Epson
and Velvet Fine Art
papers that Epson provided samples of.

However, the rubrics that appear as options in the printer dialogue box are only:

Photo Paper, with 1. (Ultra) Premium Lustre, 2. Premium Glossy, and 3. Semi-Gloss as sub-options

Proofing paper, with only P.P. White Semimatte

Fine Art Paper, with 1. Velvet and 2. UltraSmooth FA Paper and 3. Watercolor Paper Radiant white but all of these ghosted and therefore unavailable

Matte Paper, with 1. Ultra Premium, 2. Premium and 3. Presentation P. White

Plain Paper, with only Plain P. Bright White P

Other, with only Singleweight Matte P. (line drawing)

Yet the printer profiles in MacHD/Library/Printers/EPSON/InkjetPrinter/ICCProfiles/Pro3880.profiles/Contents/Resources contain the three Fine Art Papers in exactly the same list and way as the the three Photo Papers -including the (Ultra) Premium that I have been using-, and six further .icc profiles, sometimes named quite differently from the options that appear in the dialogue box

1) How do I activate the three ghosted profiles?

2) The profiles for the two canvas papers do not appear to be available at Epson's site, at least under that name, where do I get them?

3) There are only two .icc Matte papers, Archival and Enhanced. Which of the three Matte papers listed in the Dialog box correspomds to which, and where is the profile for the third one listed?

How do I add further profiles? I have downloaded the Exhibition Fibre Paper from their website (chose this because I have no idea what the profiles for cold and hot papers that are also there might refer to), unzipped it and added it to the list, but it does not come up in the dialog box.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
