Portrait - B&W or Color?

I did a bandshoot last night in Melbourne.
A Dutch band called 'Big Low'.

This is a shot of one of the band members, Michiel Hollanders.

K7 with DA*16-50 (45mm) 1/125th @ F6.3 100 ISO - Metz 58 inside a 90cm softbox via radio trigger. (I'm constructing a 'supercharged' Vivitar 285 with a Sunpak 120J bare bulb)

Normally I prefer B&W over color for portraits but with this shot I can't decide.
I did warm the color version up a little to around 6500k.
I felt it was a little too cool at 5500k.

What do you reckon - color or B&W?

More to come as I get my head around Photo Mechanic.

Incidently so far Photo Mechanic is the best thing I've tried for importing and sorting shots. It kills Lightroom for speed but bear in mind it is not an actual RAW convertor or editor.
