The obvious answer is that you need to turn on your histogram when you're shooting. Yes, your picture is overexposed... the red channel that is. Not by much, but you can see it in the lack of detail in the petals. Keep your histogram on and watch what is happening in the individual colour channels when you're shooting strongly coloured objects like flowers and such.

The other thing is to reduce your in camera colour saturation if you haven't already done so.
