Epson 3880 vs. 4880

I need a printer and am trying to decide.

I print about 5000 8x10 sized photographs a year. I love to print borderless (less cutting).

I like the 3880 for borderless printing, but am thinking the 4880 is more durable and will last longer (although I could take out an extended warranty on the 3880).

I am not really familiar with roll printing. It seems there would be a lot of waste. Also, how accurate is the cutting? It seems it would come off the roll in a big piece and then I would have to use the paper cutter to cut it into individual photographs.

Advice? Thoughts?
