In the future, I am planning to buy third party lenses such as:

Tokina 11-16 mm 2.8
Sigma 30 mm 1.4
Tamron 17-50 2.8 VC
Sigma 50-150 mm 2.8

Would my Canon speedlite 430 EX II compatible with the above lenses (regarding E-TTL) ?

ETTL is mostly a camera based function, and has little to do with lenses. There are however, a couple of things to note. Some Canon cameras are able to use distance data from the lens in the algorithms used by the camera to calculate the ETTL exposure, it is doubtful that third party lenses will be able to that. ETTL will still work just fine, but it will be using one parameter less for its calculations.

The other thing is auto zooming of the flash to match the focal length of the lens. I do not own any third party lenses currently, so I have no idea whether any or all of these lenses are compatible with this feature or not. Again, the 430ex would work fine, but you may have to manually zoom the flash.

I think you would get more responses to your question on one of the dedicated Canon forums,
