Reading for Novice Photographers

I thought it may be a good idea to make a reference thread for reading material that really helped you in becoming better at Photography, Post Proccessing, Black & White, Infra Red, Printing & etc. As you see I spelled it out, if you are new you may not know what IR, FE, PP, and etc mean. Please Post your book or website and if the title is not clear on what the content is, a brief description may be in order.

Websites: - Reviews and Functions on Olympus Cameras - the Holy Graille of Oly websites - Digital Photography Tutorials - 4/3s Cameras Reference - Lens Reviews - Exposure Guide - old school but good - Basic Photo Skills

Complete Digital Photography 4ED by Ben Long - This book helped me understand allmost everthing about Photography, Post Proccessing, & Printing.

Raw Pipeline by Ted Dillard - About Raw Development in Post Proccessing & PhotoShop.

Advanced Digital Black & White Photography by John Beardsworth - A great book to get more out of you Black & White Conversions in PhotoShop.

Conclusion - I have found all of the above materials to be very helpful in making me better with all aspects of Digital Photography, the exception may be the Short Courses website but it is very easy to understand and may be helpful to the newbie.
