Oh, I forgot the technical term, but does this camera have a 1.5x multiplier effect on the lenses?... or 2x?

I quickly read through the preview, but didn't quite find this information.

An APS-C sensor like most dSLRs have (and the NX10) is 24mm wide. A 35mm film camera has a 36mm wide negative/slide. Because 24 x 1.5 = 36, this is where the 1.5 crop factor comes from.

P.S. Another example is an Olympus 4/3 or M4/3. Here the sensor is 18mm wide (or there abouts). So... 18x 2 = 36. Therefore, it has a 2x crop factor.

If the stated dimensions in the preview (23.4 x 15.6mm) are correct, the diagonal is 1.54 times smaller than a 36x24 sensor diagonal.

Yes... but I was thinking that there might have been some other variable that would negate the usual formulation.

For example, if the lens is closer or more distant from that CCD.... does this change the multiplier effect?

No.

Any lens of any camera goes more or less distant from the sensor any time it focuses...
