Agree...A K-7 with the K-x iso performance and the AF of the D300 will be the perfect APS-C camera on the planet for me. Until then, the K-7 gives me the right balance for a DSLR, which none others do.

It's not the D300, but it is the D700 (FF) that is the perfect camera for me.
