Battle of the ants

Recently, I found a group of termites moving on the ground at some area. At first glance, there seem to be many termites to my right and left. Looking for another angle, I went to the left and realise that the ants on the left were Weaver ants! Now, these weaver ants are very territorial, not even sparring photographers who intrude into their area. So on the left were weavers, on the right were termites...and I was sure there will be some fighting....I found some evidences, but never found the "battleline" where both clashed. After a few shots, the rain came, and I had to go. On returning later....all were gone .

3: Attack! Though the manibles of the termites are large, it cannot beat the weavers. This termite is a different one from that above.

6: Tug-of-war

7: A pic of a Weaver ant

Looking at these, I don't want to be the Termite!
