Decent printer for occasional use
I am new to digital photography having recently purchased a Canon SD880. I have most of my prints made at COSTCO or an on-line lab but I would like to have a printer to make the occasional have-it-now image. I am not interested [at this point] in post processing and would like to simply make a 4x6 photo that is as close as possible to what appears on the LCD. I have heard that ink jet printers can clog up through lack of use but that is not a problem with dye-sub printers. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jake
