The real story

The real story here is not which camera's pix look better in samples. One can argue in both directions. The real story is breakthrough in thinking, which Ricoh should gets tons of credit from us and the whole of photography.

This is the kind of revolutionary step that Leica took many decades ago by putting 35 mm motion picture film into a hand-held camera and launched a whole new way of doing photography. It holds that much promise for us all.

What this means is that now as a photographer decides on a lens, the compromises in media (Sensor) will be lessened. That can only mean increased visual output. I think we will see many different applications of this and that is most exciting.
